Just need emergency appointment for my son and Iisa the manager tell me I have to pay $100 becouse with cancel in the pass appointment, this is unacceptable my son lost he’s glasses He need help, I don’t recommend this please !!!!!!

Brought my mom in for a glaucoma follow up. 3pm appointment. The receptionist told us that dr Thomas was an hour behind. I had asked right away why the patients were not contacted?! I have another parent in wheelchair at home! We were not seen 3 hours later!i wish I could put a negative rating not a 1.
