Ok so this is a hard review to write because I love Hina and it was a great experience. Hina came highly recommended across Facebook mom groups and here on Google reviews. Hina was patient and is sooooo good with kids. My son felt so comfortable.
The price is LOW and possibly at the end of the day you get what you pay for. And , I was having a chaotic morning and did not notice this when it happened. I am positive Hina would have fixed this. I'm positive I could go back and get it fixed right now. But instead I've ordered clippers because if this is the bar for a professional cut then I think I can just learn to do it myself lol
Obviously, it is not easy to cut the hair of a two year old. He was listening but was not perfectly still.
It's 0 stars for the haircut and 5 stars for the overall experience. Many of my friends and neighbors have gotten good haircuts here so I recommend still trying it out but just paying more attention than I did.

Simply the best hair salon ever. Jen has real talent. I'm going to make an appointment asap. I've tried other salons, but I'm not happy with their work. I want to come back, I don't know why I gave others a try. They don't even come close. I never left there unhappy.
5 star service. I just wish I could schedule appointments in advance to have the predictable ability to schedule monthly.
I had a bad experience before but the salon handled it very well. the owner is such a sweetheart and stayed after hours just to help fix my nail.!! (Don’t cheat on you nail artist!!))
I've been coming here for years but today was first time I had a Zoom appt where eye doctor was not physically in the exam room with me. I still got a thorough eye exam with all the equipment. If you do Zoom appointment I believe the eye equipment is even more advanced. Amy, the General Manager was the eye doctor's assistant. She was wonderful. Such a friendly personality and she knew how to use all the equipment to connect info from exam room to wherever the eye doctor was.
Amy also helped repair my frames that I stepped on. She is awesome! I hope America's Best realizes what a rare gem of an employee she is and compensates and treats her well. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees who actually take pride in their job and are friendly to the customers too! Wish you continued success Amy!!!!
At the Last minute I decided to get my nails and a pedicure before my vacation. They got me in and I had a wonderful experience. The girl who did my pedicure was very sweet and made sure I was happy. I had Christine for my nails and she gave me a full set of gel tips and cat eye polish. I love them. Thank you for the last minute appointment and great service!
