“I can’t speak highly enough of McVay Plumbing. On Sunday I saw my hot water heater leaking. On Monday I made four calls for pricing. Before noon on Tuesday McVay had a new 80 gallon electric water heater installed.

I did make four calls to different companies. Not only could McVay come out within 24 hours, but they had the best pricing.

McVay came out and installed the new water heater in the span of just a couple of hours. They did really good work. They were thoughtful and careful while bringing in the new water heater. They installed it and removed the old water heater. They were very careful while removing and made sure to clean the surrounding areas as well as the tile floor on the way out of the house.

Before they left they gave me clear instructions about changing the temperature, purging the water heater annually and other general information. The workers were trustworthy and caring about the job. I just can’t speak highly enough of the entire experience. You cannot go wrong with McVay Plumbing.“

Mr. Ferguson quickly sourced a new boiler on a Friday and scheduled the removal and installation for Monday morning. Concerned that the leaking pump might not hold through the weekend, he sent a technician back to our home that same day to reassess the issue and was prepared to install a temporary used pump if needed — fortunately, that was not necessary. “Being a home owner of 15 years, I have had an unfortunate experience/situation. My service line had a gas leak, called people’s gas and of course, they had to shut the gas off until repaired. Not having the proper insurance, I was left to pay for the repair myself. The gentleman from the gas company had given me Tyler Bartolommeo card. I called, it went to voicemail, but he did call me back within 20-30 minutes, I explained what happened and what needed to be done, he had given me quote in a timely manner. Needless to say, of course I called around to other plumbing company’s to compare prices (we are on a fixed income, so EVERY cent counts) and after a few days and a few quotes later, Tyler’s company was by far the best! I had estimates that were almost doubled from his price! Once Tyler quoted me a price, (which was in a Friday) he and his crew was at my home 1st thing Monday morning!!! They were very polite, professional, experienced, and fast!!!! I can’t get over the price, it was well worth every single penny!
