“My furnace quit working on the coldest day of Dec 2022! Matt and his team were here within hours to get the ball rolling! I had my furnace replaced and duct work put in. I would highly recommend them! They were knowledgeable and took extra care in relaying what services I needed! Matt and his techs also found an old gas pipe that was put together with tape from the previous owner! I would of never saw that or even known how unsafe it was! “Had the pleasure of doing business with this company a couple weeks back. Turned my furnace on for the first time of the year when we started having a couple cold nights only to find out it was broken. Heard some concerning noises. Gave this company a call and without hesitation they came out and fixed my unit for me. I got lucky they did as the problem was a cracked heat exchanger and was leaking gasses into my house. It was a newer unit and I didn't have the money to replace it. They were able to fix my problem with good quality work without emptying my wallet. It was an over all great experience with them. “Had a good experience using Ventec. From the initial quote I was impressed by Mike. I had at least 10 quotes for different systems, so I got to know a bunch of contractors. Mike listened and to me and didn’t dismiss what I wanted. I was looking for a hybrid heat pump and gas furnace system that would qualify for the 30% federal tax credit. Most of the contractors I saw weren’t interested in helping to find a system that would qualify and Mike did. The price was competitive and Mike was able to answer all of my questions, which were a lot. The crews that came out did a good job. There were some initial hiccups but Ventec came out 2 more times to ensure that I was happy and that the whole system functioned properly and looked professional. 3 separate crews came out and all were good installers. They all stated that they enjoyed working for the company, this also is a great sign of a good company. Happy employees usually do a better job in my experience. These guys dealt with bad weather and other challenges relating to also having new siding installed. I’ve already recommended them to neighbors also looking for HVAC equipment and plan to use them for future needs.“
