My technician Craig was very informative and clear , he deserves a10 star review. Within less than 24 hours my new system has been installed and working GREAT, now I can sleep like a Baby!!...Thanks to two professionals that I Highly recommend by the names of Maurice and Donavan who diligently worked through a hot day, they too deserve 10 star review.
Quick service, schedule for a quote, Representative was on time, was very nice and explained everything and even showed me options and got my new central air unit being installed this week!
Greg F. , was fantastic as salesman. I did called the company to asking them to relocate my AC unit but, they send a salesman to sell me a brand new unit that off course was overpriced.
The salesman was very nice, very professional and he explained everything according to the book.
Unfortunately I didn't request to change a AC unit so, this was very peculiar appointment. In the other hand Greg F., very kind person and he did a good Job explaining everything.
Now, he did told right in front that he is not a technician and his job is sales, ok, I understand. I'm not going to let him wasting his time so, he spend an hour or more to look into the AC unit/Heater unit...read full review
