We were in need of finding a new heating and cooling company to service our multiple furnaces. We selected Ferguson and cannot be happier. Jenny and Andrian are phenomenal! I called in the morning, and they were here by lunchtime. Exceptional service. He was professional, kind, and explained everything to me. My experience with the first person I talked to was not pleasant, but the call back conversation was outstanding.

We went on vacation and came home to our house being 80 degrees and our air conditioner broken, we survided the night and were able to call Ferguson the next morning (Tuesday) and they sent someone out right away. Turns out we needed a whole new unit, they were able to order the parts and they replaced the whole unit on that Friday. The workers were prompt, polite and kept me up to date while they worked. It took them less and 3 hours to get everything done. Great company and people to work with! Thank you guys again, we really appreciate all your hard work and professional values!
