I recently had to replace my aging home boiler due to a leaking pump. After getting multiple estimates and speaking with several companies, Ferguson Heating and Air Conditioning stood out for their exceptional service.
Mr. Ferguson quickly sourced a new boiler on a Friday and scheduled the removal and installation for Monday morning. Concerned that the leaking pump might not hold through the weekend, he sent a technician back to our home that same day to reassess the issue and was prepared to install a temporary used pump if needed — fortunately, that was not necessary. This level of attentiveness and care is rare and greatly appreciated.

Our 3 year old furnace went out unexpectedly and they came out the same day. They handled the warranty through the manufacturer, ordering the parts, and it was fixed within a week. They were very reasonably priced and we are so grateful for their help!!!
I have used Ferguson for years and so has my entire family. We've had nothing but positive experiences. When we had a new boiler installed, one of the owners spent over 12 hours at our house trying to figure out what was going on. When you call, they get you in as soon as they can. The employees are always friendly and will take the time to explain everything they're doing. I won't use, nor recommend, anyone else for HVAC needs.
