Jamil has been our technician for several years which I also appreciate that consistency, because he understands the layout of the house and where the units are and how to access the control panels and where. Jamil/the company work efficiently, are fairly priced, and provide great service that keeps my units running smoothly. For the random and in frequent scenarios, whereby they have a recommendation, they walk through the benefits of the recommendation and the downside risk of not doing the recommendation, but there is no hard sell either way, which I appreciate. The service techs' attitudes and performance are obviously reflective of the owner's business philosophy which appears to be very customer centered. May 31st (Sunday) arrived and we had no hot water. I contacted Dan, the owner of Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning and told him of our dilemma. Within 2 hours the service tech, Mike arrived to check out our water heater. It was dead on arrival. We needed a new water heater and all the attachments that go with one. Within a half hour, Dan contacted us with the estimate and information regarding the system they would install the very next day. They arrived promptly on June 1st. Mike and his assistant, Will, draped all the floors and steps with drop cloths to protect our home. They made a point of being careful and respectful of our home. Within about 3 hours, the new system was installed and up and running. It only took a short while for us to have hot water restored to our home. The take away here is that Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning responds promptly to emergency calls and provides quick, efficient service installations and repairs. You won't regret calling them if you ever have a need for these services.“

Debbie is a nut. Her grasp of basic tasks appeared shaky at best, and she seemed more confused than the customer about what needed to be done. Every question I asked was met with a long pause or a half-mumbled non-answer. She left thoughts scattered across the conversation and made no effort to clean up after herself. Her attitude was dismissive, bordering on rude, as if the job was a personal inconvenience to her. Save yourself the headache — Debbie is the last person you want anywhere near your ears.“
