Bob was very timely for his scheduled appointment and in under and hour was able to diagnose the issue and quote me for repair costs. He recommended replacing the machine due to cost of the part needed and age of my machine. This honestly is much appreciated. I love that there is only a $20 service charge for him to come out. “Customer service is wonderful. I had problem with vacuum bag debris; took vacuum into store. They could have sold me $40 of new bags but proceeded to give me direction on using bags I had on hand. (They clipped hole in bags I had from previous vacuum - where the bag adheres to vacuum). No charge. Who does that?? 5 stars for sure. Nice experience. Thank you.“

“I purchased a used washer and dryer from Mr. Kareem here, and the entire interaction was pleasant and professional. Marquis and another guy (didn’t get his name) did an incredible and difficult delivery! We had to take 3 old machines out of my basement window and install the 2 new ones. Originally, the new washer needed a new transmission. Kareem came out after work hours and fixed everything. I’ve been running laundry almost non-stop for 2 weeks with these machines and I have zero complaints. Wonderful place! I will need a new fridge soon and I will get all my future appliance needs here.
