The technician was very nice but the person who answers the phone calls and sends out the invoices, he's very rude. Just by the sound of his tone when answering, I wish the owner has a recording of all the calls so he can hear how unhappy the person sounds. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.Service: Oven repair
