“Had a simple straightforward repair - 2 electrically connected parts of the hose mechanism had come apart. I couldn't fix it, and was fearful that taking it to a repair store I'd be faced with some ridiculous bench charge just to look at it. Lo and behold, Sambuco's fixed it for less than $25 ! He was able to fix the dryer, he even checked our exterior vent to make sure the problem we had would not persist. He was honest, on time and the charge for the service was more than reasonable- when another company wanted to charge over $100 to come out and even diagnose the problem. We will be contacting Andrew in the future for any other appliance repairs we made need.“

Bob was very timely for his scheduled appointment and in under and hour was able to diagnose the issue and quote me for repair costs. He recommended replacing the machine due to cost of the part needed and age of my machine. This honestly is much appreciated. I love that there is only a $20 service charge for him to come out. Will definitely call Bob back again if needed.“
