I had to write this to commend Ashley, my salesperson. She was great to work with and set my delivery up very quickly. I also have to really commend the delivery staff, Ira and Sydney. They went above and beyond any other deliveries I have ever had. I live in a mid-rise condo and they were extremely respectful of the common area. They were more than extremely respectful of my home. They made sure the refrigerator was delivered carefully and they went over every inch of it. They cleaned up perfectly and above all, as they were doing their job, they were personable. I have purchased several appliances from D&K, for both my home and my business. The customer service is top notch! The entire team is responsive and friendly, and it's so great to support a local business. We will only be buying appliances from D&K from now on.

After 3 delivery dates promised by a home improvement store & they failed to deliver. I was referred to them by a friend & ordered it on a Friday & it was delivered promptly the next Wednesday. Great service. Thank you!!!.
