“Extremely impressed with this company! My over-the-range microwave had gone out and I called four different places trying to get someone to help me. Only on the fifth call, to Appliance Werks, did someone take the time to allow me to talk through my issue and we decided the best route was for me to simply replace my microwave rather than try to repair it (as no one seems to service microwaves).I was treated with such kindness by the two people I spoke with on the phone (Caroline and Paul, I believe) and I had a new microwave installed by the next day. The team that installed it were prompt, friendly and were done within 30 minutes.The rates for the new microwave and install were fair and transparent.
