I worked with several HOA companies and overall they have good intentions yet they have some people who work there that think they are the real owner of your property. They threaten and fine you and harass and call lawyers before you even know what is going on. I had them call me and threaten to evict my tenant and charge me for the legal fees when I had no idea what even happened. What I’m saying is that cleaning your dryer vent is hard to remember but if you would like this issue to be resolved be your HoA starts the threats and angry phone calls, call NU Air now. They get it done. They are approved vendors they talk and schedule with tenants and get you paperwork to show so this is one area you will be in the clear. They do more than dryer vents too but the business model is great and you can count on them to get it done quickly and it’s not overpriced either. They asked $125 where a different guy who was self employed said he could do the same job for maybe 400 but he can’t tell till he gets there and he didn’t even show up that same day as he said so I had to reschedule with tenants. It was terrible. I’m very glad I found NU Air. In fact I need to call them again now because I have another threatening letter from a different HoA right in front of me.“

“Called Chris yesterday (Saturday) for a repair/tune up on our treadmill. He said he could come out whenever we would be home and scheduled the service for today (Sunday). I told him I would pay extra for coming out on a Sunday and he said that wouldn’t be necessary. He obviously had tons of experience and knew the machine inside and out. Determined it just needed a tune up and it is now working like it’s brand new. Excellent service and only $100. Highly recommend!“
