“My washer was not spinning and we needed help diagnosing the issue. Bob was very timely for his scheduled appointment and in under and hour was able to diagnose the issue and quote me for repair costs. He recommended replacing the machine due to cost of the part needed and age of my machine. This honestly is much appreciated. I love that there is only a $20 service charge for him to come out. Will definitely call Bob back again if needed.”
“Customer service is wonderful. I had problem with vacuum bag debris; took vacuum into store. They could have sold me $40 of new bags but proceeded to give me direction on using bags I had on hand. (They clipped hole in bags I had from previous vacuum - where the bag adheres to vacuum). No charge. Who does that?? 5 stars for sure. Nice experience. Thank you.”
“My Husband ordered a case of Flex from you guys. Nice Price, Fast Shipping, Professional packaging! We've tried out many different companies and products....Schapers is exactly what we've been looking for. Thank you!”
