Representative was prompt, did the review of problem and identified the compressor was the problem. Kamil was clear on his proposal to repair and the options. Ultimately I decided to replace the 11 yr old refigerator.
Robert was on time and very professional. I was delighted that he arrived early and had my washer up and running . His attention to detail showed coin stuck in the washer. . He was professional and a pleasure to meet. 5 Stars!
Robert was great but Sears didn’t have the part and way overcharged. Not even close to the price. $150 for a $40 part. Then, wanted to charge $450 for labor on a 20 minute job that I did myself.
