“Art was very professional and diagnosed my problem with my boiler furnace in a matter of minutes, prior to this I've had several other technicians here and none of them ever noticed or suggested that there was a problem with what Art repaired today.He found other problems related to the same repair and left my home with the part and went back to his shop where he could do there what he couldn't at my home and was back within an hour with the part (manifold) fixed.There were boiler parts all over the place on the floor and I thought he'll never get this all back together, shortly after this Art said all done and fired up boiler and problem solved. “Al’s a stand up dude. We had him install an entire HVAC system about 7yrs ago. Last night our furnace went out. First issue ever. I called him. He said he’d be out at 7:45am. Was here at exactly 7:45am. Came in. Assessed the situation. Identified it as a pressure valve issue. Went to replace it. Saw it was dirty. Said he didn’t need to replace it.
