I called and they sent someone out in a timely manner and worked around my schedule. The technician was on time and able to identify and resolve the issue during the visit, which was a failed capacitor. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Woke up at 6:30am to our AC running but not cooling. Figure it was probably a capacitor. Called and was told they’d try and get someone out later this afternoon. Got a call from the tech (Andrew) that he was 10 minutes away (10:45 am). Sure enough it was a bad capacitor and quickly fixed. Very happy with the speed of the response and work done.
