“So I had a plumbing issue with my toilet, going through choice home warranty co. They sent this company out, they came out twice (once was when they came out before there scheduled time) which is good but I missed it so it was rescheduled. Second time around it was on point the tech came out figured out the problem & it was fixed with in an hour & 1/2. Very nice guy and professional.“

He was able to apply a simple and cost effective fix to our older exterior unit and now our AC is blowing better than anytime since we purchased our house 9 years ago. This was also after a larger company’s tech told my wife we needed an entire replacement of both systems and sent a salesman to grease me up before a quote that was about 175% the average price in my neighborhood.

Dave came and showed me the wiring issue. The other tech would’ve absolutely seen the frayed wire, as it was visible as soon as the cover was off.

I thought it came with rough-in plus a trim kit with a handle, but it didn't. The customer service for the showerhead company was in China and was no help. My contractor told me that rough-ins come in only Moen and Delta varieties, and he didn't know how to make my off-brand showerhead work in the new shower.I turned to US Supply and they were able to help me! They put together a rough-in and trim kit that would work with what I had. Not only that, after I left they compared what they had ordered with the specs that the Chinese company had on its website, and realized that I didn't need all the supplies they ordered while I was in the shop. So they were honest and cancelled the unnecessary part, even calling me back to let me know. What amazing, awesome service. Highly recommended!“
