Dave at the Bristol location was so helpful; we had no idea the manufacturer of the shower water diverter that we needed to replace. He took a picture of the part and said he would get back to us the next day, which he did. You don’t get that kind of personal help at Home Depot or Lowes. It was a reminder of the old days - personal customer service! THANK YOU for your help!
About US Supply Company
The US Supply Company is a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning products, with a focus on providing exceptional service. They have a wide range of products and are able to help with product and installation guidance, even when other companies cannot. For example, they were able to assist a customer who had purchased a showerhead online that did not come with the necessary parts, and they also helped another customer who had a main water pipe break by providing a hard-to-find fitting. The team at US Supply is described as "really great guys" who "walked [the customer] through it" and "do everything in their power to make sure you're taken care of." They are also praised for their honesty and follow-through, with one customer noting that they called back to confirm that a unnecessary part had been cancelled. Overall, the US Supply Company is highly recommended for their knowledgeable and reliable service.

The guys at US Supply Company helped me with a new plumbing install for a new shower when no one else could, and they were honest.I bought a showerhead online. They put together a rough-in and trim kit that would work with what I had. Not only that, after I left they compared what they had ordered with the specs… read full review
Really great guys in there. Had my main water pipe break and these guys had a very hard to find fitting in stock. Walked me through it because no plumber could get there that day. Everything worked out great!
