Since my problem started right when it got cold (November 2024), they speced. out a replacement and got it installed right away. The charge was what was quoted and had it not been a new system/configuration, I would not have known they were there (amazing clean-up when they were done!!). There was a problem with the amount of energy usage initially but they did a great job trouble shooting until they found the problem and resolved it.
