The two men from Semper Fi were just wonderful! They took care of the problem very quickly, and explained it in a way I could understand. I was just so pleased, and will ever be so grateful!
Semper Fi was awesome! I had no water or pressure. Immediate response and the service guys were on-site within a couple of hours in the cold no less. They troubleshot the issue, resolved it in just over an hour by replacing a well pump 300" and off they went . I was very impressed. I highly recommend them for your needs.
Dan was the tech that came out. Great communication from this company. Reaching out to multiple companies and I won’t say anything wrong about any of them. I did understand it was the weekend, but going back to Semper Fi, they kept in communication same day service. Dan came and tested the power to my pressure tank and went right over to work on the pump. Turned out it was a wired that was chewed. Dan explained every step of the way as he was working so I can understand the pump I had and how the wires worked. He even shocked my water system for precaution of bacteria from rodent nest.
