Extremely knowledgeable and professional. We lost our running water early on a Friday evening after a Lightning strike, basement full of smoke. By the end of the evening everything was repaired and we were as good as new. Not happy with mother nature, but couldn't be happier with the service that was provided that fixed the damage, and had us back to normal in a relatively short amount of time on a Friday evening with no advanced notice.
We had a flood in our home in February, and our house is still under construction. KMB has done quality work, and the craftsmanship has been good so far. However, the project has moved much slower than expected, and the delays have made an already stressful situation even more difficult for our family. I appreciate the work they’ve done, but I wish the project timeline and communication had been better. I’m hopeful the finished result will be worth the wait, and I’m looking forward to the finished work.
This was the third time I have usedKMB and very happy with them. Dan arrived as planned, friendly answered my questions and my fixture was up in no time.Carol in the office is fantastic. Highly recommend
