American Pump Service
“To start i reached out to about 4 or 5 different septic companies in the poconos none would even come to look at the issue i was having, i guess they dont like money.
I finally came across Charlie with American Pump services and he was at my home immediately to investigate. After I explained the symptoms my system was experiencing and his inspection we decided to dig up a part of the tank and sure enough it was obvious the whole tank needed to be replaced as it was an old style tank and the seal broke.
We put in for the permit
Received the permit
Tank was connected and installed in one day and working
Tank was inspected two days later past inspection
Tank was backfilled with dirt two days after that
Charlie is a man of his word the quality of his work and his teams work is top-tier
He’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to septic systems
I cannot be more happy with the system and the work
I’m not sure why you’d wanna hire anybody else other than American pump services!
A++ service!”
