Wonderfully kind, helpful, and knowledgable. We had a mysterious drain in our basement floor that flooded every time we got heavy rain. Despite a lot of difficulty, Jody and Taylor did not leave until they figured out where the pipe went and what caused it to flood. Then, where they suspected the pipe to be broken, they grabbed shovels and dug through 3 ft of soil and tree roots in minutes. Not only is this massive and detrimental mystery solved, but I've never felt more assured about trusting a professional with a major house problem than after witnessing their aptitude and kindness. 10/10.

My toilet & tub were backed up so I called Borger Septic Service at 9am & they arrived 2 hours later. They cleaned out my septic tank & the problem was solved. The service was excellent. I definitely recommend this company.

We had Borger Septic come out to do our pump and the entire experience was wonderful. From the unbelievable customer service through multiple phone calls prior to the appointment, and then the amazing guy who helped us when the job was done- it was all just so easy. We will be customers forever now without a doubt, and we will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. If you need your septic serviced, give them a call asap you will not regret it!
