Everyone at the team I've interacted with has been incredibly friendly and explains every detail of what they were removing & installing. The estimate & payment was done electronically. The team doing the installation showed steps as they took them to make sure it was what I needed & wanted. I will absolutely be calling them for all future repairs during my renovation. We called this morning and spoke with barb and sent her over some pictures of our leaking water heater valve. Taylor and Jeremy arrived and was very prompt and quick with diagnosing. They gave us two options and were very fair and informative. They fixed the issue in no time and were very professional! It’s hard to trust companies these days and they made me feel at ease. I have to give 5 stars to Northeast plumbing. I can't say enough about Steven and his team. I had an issue with plumbing and Steven put me at peace immediately. He came out 24 hours later, located the issue and fixed it. The price was extremely reasonable! Everyone is afraid of plumbers, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them.
