I was having a very difficult time for some reason getting in touch with customer service to find out when my tech was coming to my house. I never got the call back when i prompted it to and I got hung up on twice. The last time I called I spoke with Josh Phillip's and he absolutely changed everything around by making the necessary calls and not putting me back on hold for a 4th time. He fixed everything before I could even get upset. Thank you Josh for making everything painless the way it should be!! We need to clone you like 4 or 5 times
I had no choice, I had to call the rat exterminator. My home had been overrun with rats! It seemed like everywhere. The guys who arrived at my place were helpful, explained to me the process and then started their work. The work was completed in time as promised. Highly recommended!!
