Used them for mice in a row home in Rittenhouse. Mice are tough. They made a huge difference and came back at appropriate follow up. I thought I signed up for a quarterly payment plan with check ups during that time. Then I moved. There was a misunderstanding and I found out they charged me services for that Rittenhouse home that I hadn't lived in for over a year. I followed up and they promptly refunded the money. Excellent service - just be more aware than I was about extended service/payment.
