“I contacted Boro when I needed a second opinion on a termite treatment recommendation from a larger company I had already been working with. I'm so glad that I did so, as their counsel spared me of a high, unnecessary cost.The first company I had worked with initially helped with eradication of carpenter bees, with follow-on quarterly treatments. Part of my year of treatments was a "free" termite inspection that turned into a suspicious sales push. Boro came in to save the day with a more realistic assessment of my termite risk.The first time on the phone with Boro, they already spent ample time to ask about the structure of my home and my own observations of termite activity within the house (which were none). Already through this phone call, I quickly gained confidence that it was not nearly as urgent as the other company claimed for me to spend thousands on a superfluous termite treatment.
