Everytime they come out I see mice within two months. They just throw poison around in the basement and that’s it.A proper response would have been. We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. How can we make it better. This is very unprofessional.Service: Rodent extermination

We bought a "fixer upper" home, and a mouse infestation was one of many things we needed professional help with right away. I gave Susan a call because her marketing/web presence is very warm and welcoming, and I wanted to support a family/woman-owned business. I am SO glad I did. She is friendly, non-judgmental, and knowledgable. As I was explaining the situation, she pulled up my address online and talked me through the likely scenarios given its location, size, and age. I had two exterminations and I still have roaches. I don't know what formula they use but it doesn't work. The exterminator was very nice though, the service suck!!!Service: Cockroach extermination
