A family member of mine recently booked Susan's extermination for me to help with a very stressful cockroach issue. I spoke to Susan multiple times and she is a very nice woman to do business with. I really appreciated her keeping in contact with me to keep me updated on her worker's location. The man she sent to my house was very good at explaining everything to me. I look forward to using this company for follow ups in the future.

We bought a "fixer upper" home, and a mouse infestation was one of many things we needed professional help with right away. I gave Susan a call because her marketing/web presence is very warm and welcoming, and I wanted to support a family/woman-owned business. I am SO glad I did. She is friendly, non-judgmental, and knowledgable. As I was explaining the situation, she pulled up my address online and talked me through the likely scenarios given its location, size, and age. Excellent service and communication!!! Quick response!!! Very honest, friendly and affordable prices from this family owned business!! I called for a termite inspection and they came right out the next day. Only charged us $85 which was much less than some of the other quotes I had received for $150 - $195. Got my report, receipt and certificate immediately after inspection was done. Would highly recommend!!!
