A/C failed overnight on weekend in August. Mike answered my Sunday call on Monday morning and had a crew here by 11:00. Scott and Luke were polite, helpful and, most important, quick to diagnose and fix our system. Luckily they even carried the parts I needed so no 2nd trip was required.
Great service from PG&E! They came within my time frame and Luke solved the issue with AC drain line. Nice guy, explained the options. I would recommend this company👍
Very good communication throughout the job. Air is working again. I was told that they were gonna come back and clean the coils. I guess they just forgot but other than that great job I know it’s the busy time of year for air-conditioning guys.
