“This is the best eye doctor hands down. The doctor is fantastic, and happily takes the time to explain to you what he finds during your exam. I've been to several doctors (not eye doctors mind you) who just want to tell you whats wrong and get rid of you for the next patient. Dr Bainbridge will gladly explain to you why you can no longer see things that used to be clear. The optician (Bob) is also amazing. He won't sell you on features you don't need, also takes the time to help you find glasses that fit correctly. When I got my first pair here, I must have tried on half the glasses in the place and never once did I feel as though I was an inconvenience or that I should just get on with it. There is an eye care place that's actually right next door to my house, and I still choose to drive across town to go to Bainbridge. Sometimes that means going home, and going all the way back across town to get an adjustment or repair done for one of the kids. Yes, its inconvenient, but totally worth it for the level of service here. Keep up the good work!“

“Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“

“I've been a customer for 33 years because Dr. Kirshner, Cindi, Tori, and Dianne are that good. First, the office staff is kind, respectful, and welcoming to all. After a few visits, you will feel like family, and I believe that comes from the leadership Dr. Kirshner provides. First impression is a smile, a welcome and I never feel rushed.The office is modern and in a bustling mall, yet the service has a small-town, customer-centric feel. Dr. Kirshner gets the prescription right every time. Cindi is a master at sourcing a wide range of the latest quality frame styles and matching them to the customer's face. She takes her time and is sincerely helpful. The rest of the team is highly competent as well. Tori and Dianne provide the same friendly competent service in their respective areas of the business and have been with the practice for years. In all the time I have been a customer, I've never had to go back because the prescription or the focal point of the vision was not right.Fourteen years ago, I moved to New England and still go back to KOP to visit this practice and order glasses. They get it right, are flexible, and work with the customer.
