I'd been going to the same eye doctor for decades. And with a change in insurance providers and for want of a closer provider, I read the reviews about Target Optical. Visited today for my daughter's appointment (mine to come later) and was very impressed with Dr. Tricia K. and the overall customer service. Dr. K. is very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. She is empathetic and capable. Marquita L. was very helpful also, answering some insurance questions and helping my daughter find a replacement pair. Looking forward to my appointment and an updated pair of glasses as well!
From the very beginning We were treated very kindly and patiently. We would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.. They really expressed concern and wanted to make sure you were happy.
It is always an amazing experience with Dr. Tricia K. She is so experienced and very lovely to her patients. Sherry, the assistant out front, is beyond fantastic at picking out frames for your face shape and style. They are the best duo and take their with each patient. Definitely recommend anyone seeing these two!
