My family and I have been pts since it was CC opticians. Dr. Johnston is an exceptional Dr. I would highly recommend him. Betsy is so knowledgeable at C.Ser. so sweet and thorough. Virginia is absolutely awful. Not friendly and wouldn't even try to help figure out why SHE gave me a different price 2 wks ago for my contacts which I have the quote. I asked her why it was different and her answer was "I dont know". Her exact words to me where "Today your price is $391"which is more than what she quoted. She Couldn't be so bothered. She should not be working with pts. . She needs training on how to interact with pts. She is Awful. I was in the medical field for yrs...read full review

I've been going to MyEyeDr. In the West Goshen Shopping Center for years, since it was Chester County Opticians. The staff is very professional, kind and courteous. From the moment they greet you, it just feels right. You feel like family and they take care of you like family. They provide excellent service, which is actually above and beyond. If you ever have a problem, they figure out the problem and solve it right away. The whole staff is amazing. But if you must know, my favorites are Betsy and Dr. Johnston. I recommend this place for you yearly eye appointment and for your eye care needs.

Everyone at My Eye Doctor is so nice and professional. Every time I go, they always take care of all my needs with no issues. Betsy is so sweet, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always answers all of my questions and even helps me pick out the best glasses that suit my face. Dr. Dan is awesome, too! He’s always so sweet, friendly, and professional. Great team at My Eye Doctor and I most definitely recommend!
