This is the best quality service I ever had. I loved the experience and service that was provided. I will go again. I'm due now for another pair. My name is Alice Turner. I will highly recommend this business to all who's in need of a Optical service.
Everyone there was so helpful, patient, and kind with me! I didn’t know what type of frames I wanted and took an hour to choose. I felt SO bad but Zera kept reassuring me that they didn’t mind and that they were there to help. I ended up needing a retest cause I couldn’t see clearly out of one of the lenses and Jennifer helped me then. She was able to update the prescription for the glasses and I got them in 10-14 days. When I picked them up Jerald was there and he was also so helpful! Overall, I’m happy with my glasses and my experience as well :))
I went in to order frames. I worked with Shayna, who was excellent. She was patient as I took a while to decide between two frames, and she provided advice about what I should be looking for with my frames. She priced everything out, so I could see exactly what I was responsible for. She was friendly and helpful.
