I had the best experience today at the King of Prussia Warby Parker. I was immediately greeted upon entry to the store and helped with a selection of frames that fit my face. I then had an eye exam with Dr. Moon who is so kind and professional. Once my new Rx was ready, I came back out to the sales floor, paid for my new glasses, and left having experienced one of the most efficient appointments. It was seamless.
Had a great experience at this store, helpful staff and even better appointment with the optician that figured out the problem with my last glasses and produced a new prescription that was dialed in perfectly. Thanks to Gus for his suggestions and knowledge of the products.
I would highly recommend shopping here for glasses. Devin, an experienced Optician with ABOC certification, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, as I tried on MANY frame options. It was my first time buying glasses and he explained the specific considerations and helped me pick out a pair that was perfect for my face. I will return to Warby Parker for my next pair of glasses!
