First time at this Warby Parker location to select a specific pair of reading glasses and will more than likely return for a pair of Sport lenses that I saw today. They've got a huge selection to choose from. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Can't wait to receive my first pair of Warby Parker glasses!
Bought new glasses at the Warby Parker KOP site. I was hesitant on the size of the frame they said fit my face perfectly, Received my glasses and they didn’t fit well nor could I see well through my progressive lenses. After a week, I went into the WP in Exton.
Right away they could tell the glasses I had were too big for my face. They helped me find a new pair.
They were so helpful and attentive.

This was my first time purchasing a product at Warby Parker. I learned that they have AMAZING prices, quality, a large selection to choose from, and I could order contact lenses with them as well. A lot of eyeglass frames looked great on me (that usually does not happen if I were to go to a traditional vision store).
Andrew, Blake, and Laura were so helpful and knowledgeable in the products. They also made my first time experience easy and smooth. They helped explain the price breakdown and made the order process seamless.
