She clearly and gently explained the condition I developed and referred me to a retina specialist. She discussed what it was, what it wasn’t, and highlighted the cause. Not my fault (Whew!) She answered my questions without adding undo worry, wisely leaving those next steps to the specialist.Let me not forget to thank Joan who scheduled my appointment with the specialist. She was on hold for a long time but was persistent in getting the appointment and location that was compatible with my home and dates. She was even cut off once! Tori and Dianne provide the same friendly competent service in their respective areas of the business and have been with the practice for years. They get it right, are flexible, and work with the customer.
