First impression is a smile, a welcome and I never feel rushed.The office is modern and in a bustling mall, yet the service has a small-town, customer-centric feel. Dr. Kirshner gets the prescription right every time. Cindi is a master at sourcing a wide range of the latest quality frame styles and matching them to the customer's face. She takes her time and is sincerely helpful. The rest of the team is highly competent as well. Tori and Dianne provide the same friendly competent service in their respective areas of the business and have been with the practice for years. In all the time I have been a customer, I've never had to go back because the prescription or the focal point of the vision was not right.Fourteen years ago, I moved to New England and still go back to KOP to visit this practice and order glasses. They get it right, are flexible, and work with the customer. Plenty of name brand frames to choose from as well. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. As long as I’m in the KOP area I will visit Dr. Even for my glasses/contacts.“
