Fixed the problem and only the problem and cleaned up ( even though i told them not to worry about that). bonus- veteran owned and operated. “My wife and I moved into our new house on Main Street Saturday. Monday night some boiler sensors went out on our radiators. Long story short our whole house started to leak from basement to 3rd floor. Their emergency services were ready to take our call at 9:30 at night. Jason walked us through how to shut off the boiler and step by step to keep further damage from happening.

Fast forward to next morning less than 12 hours after the initial call took place Zimmerman’s had a technician in route to come take a look. Justin greeted us with a friendly smile and was master class in knowledge of our boiler and issues taking place. After a short time he discovered the reason for our problems. Soon enough we had a quote to fix our boiler.

Not ready to jump ship and push our emergency to another day he asked if he could fix the boiler now. Justin worked for 2-3 hours until the boiler was up and running. Testing it multiple times to ensure it was functioning properly.

Did I mention this all went down on 12/22 and 12/23 right before Christmas. I can’t thank Zimmerman’s enough for saving our holiday season and making us feel safe in our new home!“

“Went here to purchase a new faucet, sink, & soap dispenser. Gwen was fantastic. She was so nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions and had everything in stock that I needed to take home the same day. I had previously purchased a faucet from Lowe's/Home Depot and the handle was leaking like crazy. It may be cheaper initially but the parts are of a lesser quality from these box stores and you end up paying more to a plumber and for home repairs due to the leaks and water damage those cheaper faucets cause. Fager gives a life time warranty on their faucets and soap dispensers, so it is worth the extra cost up front. I would absolutely recommend Gwen and her team at this Harrisburg location.“
