Can not recommend this company enough! All three came out to my home and rushed to help us as soon as American Home Shield approved our service (AHS is by far the worst to work with). This was the fourth company we were paired with and thy were the FIRST to actually fix our problem. They are all so kind, respectful and knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to ensure that anything out of place/ wrong was fixed. A great company and made communication with the AHS better as they were persistent to fix our problem and get us the follow through from AHS. We will be using them for any future issues. Our plumbing was blocked over the weekend and finally American Home Shield sent JayJay Mechanical to us on Tuesday. They were prompt, professional and really knew what they were doing! They fixed my Boiler system it had air in the line. I have American Home Shield ( I do not recommend this Home warranty company the Customer service is in the Philippines and they are hard to understand.) Jay Jay is the 2nd service I had to have assigned, and although it took them a couple times of scheduling my repair, when they did come to service they were prompt and very nice and efficient. I think Aaron and his assistant are a very good asset to this company. I will request this company again for my Home warranty needs.Jill M York Pa.
