Great experience on replacing our HVAC with Thermotech. Mike in sales was very straightforward with our options and pricing. Installers were very courteous and did a great job. Based on our experience I would highly recommend!
What more can I say about this company then wow! They have excellent communication unlike all other service companies that expect you to lose half a day waiting in the four hour window they give you. I got a text alerting me when my tech was on the way and it even included his name and picture so I knew who to expect. The technician was very knowledgeable and incredibly thorough with his work. As a business owner myself I can say we should all take a lesson in professionalism and customer service from this company.
