I would like to give a huge thank-you to the entire crew at Metro HVAC for stepping in and going above and beyond to finalize the installation of our mini-split system and get everything functioning properly. The system had previously been installed incorrectly by another company, but Metro HVAC took the time to diagnose the issues, correct the installation, and make sure everything was operating as it should.

Their team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in the work they do. I truly appreciate their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to get our system working properly.

I would highly recommend Metro HVAC to anyone in need… read full review

I called Metro HVAC for a quote on a new HVAC system, and Steve came out to assess our situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice—not only about the new system but also about improving some of our existing ductwork to increase airflow.
We live in an older home, and Steve’s recommendations significantly improved the airflow to several upper bedrooms that had previously been poorly served. His quote was reasonable, and the new system has been extraordinary: technologically advanced while still being simple and easy to use.
Steve emphasized that his goal was to provide comfort for his customers, and the system he recommended has performed… read full review

Called in, Maria, answered and was super nice and respectful. Got me scheduled with in a day. Jesse came out to my house to take a look at my frozen AC lines. It is late in the season (Sept) and he understood I needed to just try and get through the season. He was not pushy at all. He was able to charge my older AC unit, change the Schrader valves, and tighten up my king valves as well. He also went and checked that I had no leaks in the furnace system as well. He gave me a lot of peace of mind and was great to have over. Hopefully the system can last me till spring. WILL 100% be going with them when I get the new system in the spring!!!
