Excellent all around! We needed repairs done after a home warranty company did not fix our problem and worsened it as well. We were without heat or hot water. They came out to look at the problem within 30 minutes. Great customer service as well with thorough explanations of what the issues were and solutions to resolve them. They are knowledgeable and caring. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

We lucked out when we were referred to Metropolitan HVAC; Steve and his crew did expert work on our heat pump and our pellet stove. They explained our options in detail (and didn't recommend the most costly one), took care to see that we thoroughly understood the process, and then performed the work professionally and quickly.
