We had an amazing experience with MetroVac! Their team was professional, honest, affordable, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish.

They were pet-friendly, kind and patient with our children, and very flexible with scheduling. What impressed us most was their honesty and customer service. They even came back and upgraded our Wi-Fi at no additional cost after we had already completed the installation.

Finally an HVAC company I can trust!
I have had so many issues with my system and with the bigger companies trying to get as much money out of our family as possible. I decided to hire Metro because I wanted a smaller company, where the workers actually remember my house.
The team is really great to work with. Steve and Jesse have both been to my house and are incredibly knowledgeable. They’ve never tried to sell me on anything. Both have offered suggestions when I’ve inquired - and they were services provided by other companies. There’s no sales pitches, just fixing the problem. I’m really happy I found this team!

Very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced. I had an issue with a mini split in my house. In 2 days, Steve and Tim were at my house to diagnose the problem. My head nearly exploded from all the info Steve knew about HVAC and engineering in general! Ended up needing my 20+ year old system replaced. They ordered the new unit and 4 days later had it installed. Did a great job and just in time for the heat wave. Highly recommend!
