Thoroughly impressed with the level of service from LCS & the completed installation of my mini split system.
At each stage Jason & Patrick provided a clear & detailed explanation of what work was being done; asked before making any alterations during the process & always encouraged questions.
They were a pleasure to work with & be educated on how to use the system. I'm beyond pleased with the end result of the work.
We had a terrific experience with Jason and Legacy Comfort Systems. From his initial visit through the completion of our new HVAC installation, Jason was thorough, communicative, and professional every step of the way. He took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and never made us feel rushed or pressured, which gave us great confidence in our decision. The installation itself was completed with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Jason clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the finished project. We couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC system or the experience we had working with him. We highly recommend Jason… read full review
Upon glowing recommendation from a family member here in Midtown Harrisburg, I included Legacy as one of the 3 companies I discussed my needs with and received proposals/estimates from. The proposal from Jason was a clear winner. My cold weather heat pump system and new hot water heater was installed last week and I couldn't be happier. Communication was top notch. Scheduling and installation went along as promised without a hitch. I look forward to them servicing my new system annually for years to come. Legacy was the best choice by far!
