“Just had preventive maintenance service on Plumbing by Mark and on HVAC by Tony. Mark (Plumber) has provided service to my house for years. Very professional, polite, and trustworthy. Tony has done work on the HVAC system for over a year and is professional to deal with.“

“My wife and I moved into our new house on Main Street Saturday. Monday night some boiler sensors went out on our radiators. Long story short our whole house started to leak from basement to 3rd floor. Their emergency services were ready to take our call at 9:30 at night. Jason walked us through how to shut off the boiler and step by step to keep further damage from happening.

Fast forward to next morning less than 12 hours after the initial call took place Zimmerman’s had a technician in route to come take a look. Justin greeted us with a friendly smile and was master class in knowledge of our boiler and issues taking place. After a short time he discovered the reason for our problems. Soon enough we had a quote to fix our boiler.

Not ready to jump ship and push our emergency to another day he asked if he could fix the boiler now. Justin worked for 2-3 hours until the boiler was up and running. Testing it multiple times to ensure it was functioning properly.

Did I mention this all went down on 12/22 and 12/23 right before Christmas. I can’t thank Zimmerman’s enough for saving our holiday season and making us feel safe in our new home!“

“Went here to purchase a new faucet, sink, & soap dispenser. Gwen was fantastic. She was so nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions and had everything in stock that I needed to take home the same day. I had previously purchased a faucet from Lowe's/Home Depot and the handle was leaking like crazy. It may be cheaper initially but the parts are of a lesser quality from these box stores and you end up paying more to a plumber and for home repairs due to the leaks and water damage those cheaper faucets cause. Fager gives a life time warranty on their faucets and soap dispensers, so it is worth the extra cost up front. I would absolutely recommend Gwen and her team at this Harrisburg location.“

“If you have an issue with your heater, this is the company you should call. We have had issues with our heating system for years. We had our unit serviced every year and the service company just kept guessing and did not offer to really try to find the issue. Edwin came and checked every way to see why the unit wasnt working properly. He came the day before this snow storm on the weekend because he wanted to make sure my family had a working furnace. He was able to find out the cause of the problem and was able to fix it just in time. We were freezing and had space heaters and electric blankets because we were not sure if it woukd be fixed in time. If you need work done from an honest company, give Edwin a call. He will take his time and figure out if it needs to be fixed or replaced. Oh and he explained everything that he checked and the cause of the problem. Trust me this company is honest and very reasonable. We will definatly call in him if we ever have any or heating/air-conditioning issue.“

“Shortly after moving into our 125 year old home, we realized that we should expect less comfort and higher bills during the summer and winter months as our heating and cooling systems were working overtime with minimal results. Our neighbor, an energy efficiency professional, told us that we should reach out to Robert Reth with MT Building Services. He told us that Robert and his team were the best in the Harrisburg area at weatherization. Suffice to say that I think our neighbor was right. Robert came in for the initial consult and did a very thorough analysis on every area of the house to determine where we were seeing the most air leaks and where we would get the most bang for our buck in weatherization. After that analysis, he crafted a detailed plan for addressing the problematic areas. Then, when the time came to do the work, the entire team with MT Building worked diligently to make sure every part of the proposal was completed with excellence. It was apparent, to my wife and I, that Robert and his team cared a great deal about making sure the job was done right. Once the work was completed, Robert even took the time to came back in order to address an issue that came up after the fact.

As I type this, we've just gone through several days where the temperature has been around 100 degrees fahrenheit, and it's been pleasant in our home. Prior to weatherization, I can say definitely these last few days would have been unbearable.
