6501 Ogontz Ave, Philadelphia“My son started at 7 yrs old attending Undisputed MMA for about 1yr maybe a little over. Kids that age sometimes want to try different things so we took a break recently to do basketball and other things. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Coach Siyon, Coach Jabree ,Coach Sheree(my apologies if name spelled incorrectly) and all other staff. They all are so patient with the kids/students and do a great job teaching the material and also being a mentor. My son struggled at times with behavior in school last year and I would share his actions with the staff. They stepped right in to speak with him on these occasions and advise what is expected of him at all times. It was so helpful for me and for my son hearing another voice besides his parents about what to do and what not to do in school. One time Coach Sheree gave him a writing assignment and till this day it remains on a wall in his bedroom on some paper so he can read it whenever needed. I must say my son's behavior had did a complete 360 towards 2nd half of school year last year and continues that way this year. Thank you Coach Siyon, Coach Jabree & Coach Sheree for all you done for Jayceon it is very much appreciated. I strongly recommend parents looking for their child to learn boxing or martial arts to give Undisputed MMA a try these staff members are amazing and great at what they do!Thank You AllJohn (Jayceon's Dad)“
“I began practicing a little over a year and half ago with almost no previous martial arts experience. I am thankful every single day since then that I discovered Aikido. More than that I am thankful that I landed at this dojo. Aikido can seem daunting in the beginning, it is physically challenging and the techniques may not seem as straight forward as other martial arts popular in America. That is one reason people place a lot of emphasis on the community here. Everyone at this dojo wants to see you succeed no matter your age, gender, body type, level of athleticism or anything else. At the end of the day Aikido is you vs. yourself. Everyone at this dojo recognizes that they have had challenges to overcome in their training. In turn we respect the challenges other beginners will be faced with. All anyone needs to start training here is the willingness to show respect to the art, the dojo and their peers.Sensei Perna's dedication to Aikido is inspiring. He leads by example and teaches without ego. In some circles Aikido has a reputation for being performative, more art than martial. But here Sensei Perna and all the other instructors make certain that the martial art you are learning will have practical application in today's world if it were ever necessary. To that end some of the techniques have been modified over the years to fit scenarios that are more likely to occur in our time. When O Sensei developed Aikido over a 100 years ago it was an innovation at the time. I think he would be happy to see continued innovation so that Aikido can remain relevant as a martial art in today's world.“

1760 Barbara St, Philadelphia“I have been wanting to get back into martial arts after a decade hiatus. I tried several other schools in the area but they didn’t speak to me. The students at Philadelphia Jiu-Jitsu are top notch. They are welcoming to beginners, train hard, and prioritize safety as well. Damon is a fountain of knowledge and puts blood sweat and tears into training his students and running his classes. He’s approachable, humble, and rolls with all the students. I’ve gained so much in the short few months I’ve been training here and I would highly recommend the school to anyone who wants to get into high quality and affordable training.“
“I love Karate Kickers for my twins. I have a girl and a boy attending. They are learning so much and getting better everyday with the skills and more especially they are gaining confidence. I truly think every kid should have the opportunity to attend Karate Kickers school. Thank you Sensei for all you do.“

“This journey, if you choose to take it, is a life changing one.For me, getting into the Intermediate class is when I really got the high of jiu-jitsu, becuase thats where essentially all sparring happens and you really start getting in touch with the art, the people, and the work. Really loved it but I got a concussion during a very intense standing spar (not very common in this sport). Being a grad student, this was really bad, but Phil and the team listened to what happened and helped me out.“

He’s not quite ready to take on the neighborhood bully yet, but the messaging of being a considerate, helpful, polite, grateful human being has definitely rubbed off.“
“We have really enjoyed Miloki Flow. My twins are 7 and have a lot of energy to burn. They have learned discipline, Jiu Jitsu technique and have had fun and made friends along the way. The teachers are well versed in kids and know how to bring out the best in them.“
