My kids started at Action Karate Oreland at either 3 or 4 years old. I wanted them to do an activity that teaches them the importance of discipline, respect, focus, and fitness. I have been amazed seeing their growth since joining as some can imagine keeping toddlers still for even a minute can be a challenge. I even became a member myself after months of my son asking me to join him on the mat. It's given us another thing to bond over. I've been enjoying the adult classes as it's introduced me to other wonderful people while learning moves and self defense. We work hard but also have fun and laugh. It has been a great stress relief and gives me a much needed break from work. I always feel great and more relaxed and calm after each class. I highly recommend Action Karate Oreland.

I enjoy action karate a lot. I love going. the people that work. There very nice. It’s a good workout. They help you when u need to work on something every one get along !!!!
