I first heard of Action Karate roughly around the end of August two years ago in 2023. Action Karate was introduced to me by my neighborly cousins. With a little thinking I said “sure I’ll do it, why not?” Without knowing that answer would change me both physically and mentally. I first walked into Action Karate for my first class at the back of the mat, stayed quiet and did what I was told. After I slowly climbed to orange belt I was promoted to black belt leadership and got my first red gee. I was really proud of my achievement.

Action karate, has tough my son a lot. He was was very nervous at first and didn't want to do it. After about 4 classes he was all in and wanted continue. He started to gain confidence in himself.
