really nice and super knowledgeable coaches. they really care for your progress as a student. I especially appreciate how much effort Charlie and Kate put into creating a strong sense of community there.
I was nervous to come as a beginner, but the 8 limbs community is so kind and welcoming. All of the coaches were helpful, and all in the class were happy to help me. This gym is incredibly supportive of one another, and a great place to train.
A very welcoming gym with a diverse group of skilled coaches and fighters. Good balance between fun and putting in work. Lots of equipment to train with and weights for strength training. Highly recommend for anyone at all levels of Muay Thai or just looking to get strong AF!
