Lana, with her wealth of experience in Qigong, will take you on a journey of mindful movement and stillness, resulting in harmony of your body, mind, and spirit - Collect the Energy and take it home with you!
Anita will take you on a magical Sound Bath Journey using Crystal bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic sounds, resulting in the release of tension, providing a quieter mind, and softening unnecessary body-stored emotions. I had an out of body experience in the first class, which I won't forget!“

4300 Walnut St, McKeesport“I took the Light Into Motion class at Heart Shine and couldn’t have had a better experience. It was very low impact and eased me gently into my first public yoga course. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The space had fantastic energy. I’m very happy and grateful to have found them 🌱“

1360 Old Freeport Rd #1A, Pittsburgh“I’ve gone to the World of Wellness for many years, starting from when it was called the “Pain Release Clinic” which was started by Dr. James Winer in the 1990’s!
After Dr. Winer’s sad passing, it is still the best place to go in Pittsburgh for Holistic health! They have a wide range of supplements to help with any health condition! The supplement company is called “Nutritional Frontiers” and was developed and started by Dr. Winer and Jamie Dorley! They also have chiropractors and therapists to help you with a wide range of medical conditions! I’ve had good treatments with all of them! I just saw Dr.Ross, I treated with Dr. Orbach for years as well as Dr. Winer in the past and his therapists!
They have a sale on now at World of Wellness until mid-September! I would recommend them to everyone who values and tries to improve their health! They go beyond just pushing pharmaceutical drugs on patients, like many doctors.do. They look for the root cause of illness and disease! From there they try to help you to get better with therapies and natural supolements! Dr. Winer’s radio program was called-“ Get Well Naturally”, and that’s what they help patients to do!
Sincerely,
Sue Schott“

209 Commercial Ave Suite 2, Pittsburgh“I received a birthday gift card from a dear friend for this place. I booked a sound bath and an intuitive painting class, and both were great experiences. The sound bath was incredibly relaxing. They have crystal bowls, gongs (sadly, the instructor didn't use the gongs during my sound bath), and many other instruments. The space is very comfortable and welcoming. The intuitive painting class with Arlene was also a great experience. They have a calendar full of events and classes, including a monthly book club. I love that there is plenty of parking, too. I would recommend it.“

6101 Penn Avenue enter ground floor, N Sheridan Ave, Pittsburgh“The Shala of Pittsburgh is a wonderful, welcoming center and source of workshops and classes that have enhanced my well-being for the 3+ years I’ve been going there. Although I’ve had and can compliment various teachers there, a particular shout-out to Leslie Wright, whose classes continue to improve my practice, well-being, and knowledge of anatomy. Brava, Leslie!“

2721 Murray Ave, Pittsburgh“I cannot emphasize enough how much Iyengar Yoga Institute of Pittsburgh and its fabulous teachers have improved my relationship with my body. For years, I have bounced between different yoga studios and gyms and been frustrated with injuries. Within days of joining classes at IYP, Racquel casually asked if I knew that I was hypermobile - something no doctor or coach or previous fitness teacher had ever spotted. As I have continued to attend classes for the last two years, the wisdom, knowledge, patience, level of specificity and clarity in each teacher’s instructions has finally made me able to build strength and feel healthy in my body. I am so grateful to this studio, and highly recommend it to anyone!“

3390 Saxonburg Blvd #120, Glenshaw“Based on my experience with Anthony and Mason at Harts Run Fitness, I can confidently say that they are excellent trainers who are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. I approached Anthony almost an year back with severe low back pain, labrum injury and hip impingement syndrome. I found his knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise exceptional. Until then, my doctors and physical therapists were working on symptom control and planning to consider surgical options if it doesn't work, Anthony talked to me about making me stronger and working on my overall fitness and goals. He created personalized workout plans that catered to my specific needs. He also made me understand proper form and technique, which was essential for ensuring that I got the most out of my workouts. I am glad to say that six months down the line I felt much better and my symptoms were completely under control. I have also seen so many other success stories of their clients and I also learned to prioritize my fitness above everything else.In addition to their technical skills, they are also great motivators. They are always positive and encouraging, which helps to create a supportive and uplifting atmosphere in the gym.Overall, I would highly recommend this gym and Anthony and Mason as trainers to anyone looking for experienced, knowledgeable, and motivating trainers who can help them reach their fitness goals.“
“Love Yoga Flow!!! It is such an incredibly welcoming community! The teachers are all fantastic and teach in a way (queuing lots of modifications) so both new and advanced students can thrive. Dom is the queen of Yoga in Pittsburgh and an incredibly loving and spiritual woman. She (and other teachers) always go the extra mile to help their students grow in the practice and life. She always cracks my back after class which is lovely. I highly recommend anyone interested in yoga check out Yoga Flow!“
“This was so amazing I almost do not want to share it for fear to many people will want to come!“

6425 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh“Brandon is a good worker, always around to assist you whenever he can. He’s a very personable guy, always uplifting.“
“I had the kindest and most positive interaction today! I have been coming to the Yoga Flow community classes for roughly a year, and every instructor I have had is great (I also attended their Wu Tang Flow, which was so fun).
For the community classes, the instructors tend to rotate, I assume depending on who is available to volunteer their time or who is completing their training.
I am in the middle of a move so half of my stuff is at each house and I’m constantly forgetting things but today as I arrived at the studio, I realized I didn’t have pants. I wore a skirt to work so I was not gonna be able to attend the class without getting arrested. I asked hoping there were some pants for sale (there weren’t) but Alexis, the instructor, literally loaned me her extra pair of pants, even though she didn’t know me well. If that’s not a welcoming community centered vibe and what yoga is all about I don’t know what is.
More about the class: the room is the hottest of any I’ve experienced (especially at the Shadyside location for whatever reason- I went on a quest to go to every location), but they have towels and signal times for breaks and encourage you to respect your breath and body. Over time I have also noticed my body getting more tolerant of the heat, but definitely take it easy the first few times if you’re new to heated yoga.“

9AM - 8PM
4222 Old William Penn Hwy, Murrysville“I had a massage with Nick for the first time yesterday. It was a great experience. Nick was very professional and listened to me when I explained the reasons I was there for a massage. I was very impressed with his knowledge. I always ask for deep tissue and Nick delivered. I had been experiencing some muscle pain and stiffness and I felt great after my massage.“
6 - 10:30AM
300 Allegheny River Blvd, Oakmont“I have been practicing yoga on my own for a year or two with an app. I am interested in learning from someone with experience and trying partner yoga. It is not easy to do partner yoga when you don't know anyone else that even does yoga. This was my first experience doing yoga with other people and I was a bit nervous. Katie was awesome and made me feel very welcome. So did the other ladies that were there. I learned a few new poses and loved the energy during the session. I will definitely go back.“
“Highly experienced practitioners who truly care about well-being. The classes offered are attentive to clients needs. After attending a session, I leave feeling renewed.“
