My favorite place on earth, I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years, I absolutely love it, and yes it changed my life. All the teachers are good at teaching yoga, and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. My favorite teacher is all of them.

I went here yesterday for a hot yoga session led by instructor Kyle. I usually never do yoga but have a few times before in the past so I knew what to expect. Overall the facility is super clean, Kyle was super helpful and welcoming, and although the class was challenging I didn’t feel like I wasn’t able to go at my own pace. Throughout the class Kyle also gave pointers and words of encouragement to the students. I would definitely go back again and suggest this place to others if you’re looking for an intimate and clean space to practice yoga.

Another fabulous Hot 90 class at Yoga Factory Pittsburgh with Myra! She makes the class fun while providing top notch instruction, corrections, & explanations. The 90 mins go by in a flash.
