I took the Light Into Motion class at Heart Shine and couldn’t have had a better experience. It was very low impact and eased me gently into my first public yoga course. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The space had fantastic energy. I’m very happy and grateful to have found them 🌱
The class I had at Heart Shine Yoga was such a calming, grounding experience. The breathwork focused class was incredibly relaxing, and Bebe was a fantastic instructor. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and at ease and I left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend checking it out!
I participated in a restorative yoga session with Bebe, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and at peace. She also shared such thoughtful insight on caring for our nervous systems and incorporating breathwork and self-care into daily life. Bebe is a genuinely kind soul whose energy radiates peace, healing, and compassion. Highly recommend her classes!
